Brittany Oliver Examinations Director

CARB-TCMPA is pleased to welcome Brittany Oliver as Examinations Director. This is a new role developed following recommendations presented in the Pan-Canadian Examinations (PCE) Program Roadmap. 

Ms. Oliver is an examinations professional with experience managing multiple national examination programs, including administration, project management, and client relations for large-scale programs with over 9,000 annual candidates. Prior to her civilian career, Ms. Oliver served in the Royal Canadian Navy, most recently as the Lead Instructor for the Department of National Defense’s Naval Environmental Training Program. In this role, Ms. Oliver designed and delivered the national training program, built and implemented the associated examination program, and managed all program development and maintenance activities. Earlier in her naval career and in her work before the Navy, Ms. Oliver built, managed, or delivered multiple training programs. She has received several medals and insignias from the Navy for her exceptional contributions.  

Ms. Oliver has a personal and professional interest in traditional medicines, and recently completed her accredited Reflexology Certification. She is currently pursuing her Registered Canadian Reflexology Therapist designation. 

In addition to managing the PCE Program, Ms. Oliver will develop new policies and internal procedures to streamline administration, assist with implementation of key recommendations from CARB-TCMPA’s lead psychometrician, and enhance examination communications. She will also lead and contribute to examination projects and support the Executive Director with operations and strategy implementation.
