CARB-TCMPA is an independent not-for-profit organization incorporated under the Canada Not-for-profit Corporations Act. It is governed by a Board of Directors that is appointed by its members.
The CARB-TCMPA Governance Committee recently completed a comprehensive review of the organization’s bylaws. In addition to housekeeping edits, revisions were proposed to align with the Canada Not-For-Profit Corporations Act and regulations, as well as to recognize multi-profession regulatory bodies in alignment with changes to the regulation of health professions in British Columbia. CARB-TCMPA’s members approved the revisions at the June 21, 2024, Annual General Meeting.
